HOW TO STREAM CLASSES USING ZOOM:

  • Download free Zoom software/app on the device you’ll be using for your session/class.

  • Sign up for the session or class you want to attend. (booking sessions is requested 12 hours before, classes 30 minutes before)

  • Set up your computer or phone in front of your mat for yoga and breathwork. Breathwork is done laying down so if you are most comfortable on your bed that’s ok. For 1-1 sessions you may sit or lay down.

  • For classes, I will mute participants to limit feedback. If you have requests or questions you can use the “chat” feature to communicate with me.
